Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or service. These terms and conditions (Agreement) set a legal binding of your terms of use of our website and service (Whether as a business or a designer). By registering on our website and keep using our service, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Logoin60 offer businesses/startups (“Customers”, “You”, “Your”, “They”) to get professional custom logo design services. And it also provides a platform to designers (“Designers”, “You”, “Your”, “They”) looking to sale their unused Logos. “User” refers to both customers and designers. If you’re a user, these term applied to you.
1.1 You must register yourself as a Customer or Designer on our site.
1.2 When registering, you must provide valid information.
2.1 Logoin60 offer services to both Customers and Designers.
2.2 For Customers, the Logoin60 Service includes the ability to have custom designed logos, Get business card, letterhead, social covers, flyer design, T-shirt design, bag design, presentation, app home screen, website banner, brand book, web ad design, signage design and car wrap design via bundles.
2.3 For Designers, our service includes the ability to submit unused and unpaid Logos to us.
2.4 Works:
(a) Customers have to enter their business details including company name, slogan (if any), industry and keyword. Now our system will show you the best suitable custom designed Logos. Here you must sign up to keep browsing designs. Select the Logo that is distinct to your brand. Now either proceed to checkout or order free customization. Somehow if you’re not able to find a distinct Logo, simply order custom Logo from our in-house design team.
(b) Designer must submit their Logos to us for review. After reviewing, our team will decide whether to approve or not. If the Logos get approved, they will become a part of our Logo database after proper tagging. Now your Logos will become searchable and whenever our Customers will use our system to get custom designed Logo for specific industry and keyword, it will show your Logos that are relevant.
(c) There is no director 1 to 1 connection between Customers and Designers.
3.1 Customers will get the rights as soon as they purchase the Logo and clear the payments. Although, we do not offer copyright registration.
3.2 Designers will have the proper rights on their submitted Logos until their Logos get purchased. After receiving the payment, designers will not carry any rights on their sold Logos. The rights will be transferred to the customers via Logoin60 Platform.
4.1 Customers acknowledges that we are responsible for design transfers. Once you’ve done payment, the final files will be transferred to you. We guarantee you the protected delivery of your design.
(a) After delivering the final design files, we’ll not be responsible for anything you did to your design.
4.2 Designers acknowledges that the payment will be processed and transferred to your accounts within next 5 working days.
(a) We make no guarantees on misuse or exploitation of your designs after purchasing.
6.1 To buy any Logo on our site, Customers must pay the price first.
6.2 Designers must acknowledge that if any of their work(s) gets sold through Logoin60, they will get the commission after deduction of our fees.
6.3 Accordingly, we will automatically transfer your commission varying from 10% to 40% to your accounts.
Your refund would be processed as per the chart below:
Refunds can be claimed within a limited time period 3 months, only if:
(a) The Logo is turned out to be copied or copyrighted to anyone else.
(b) The design is defective or not same as shown at the time of purchasing.
(c) They have placed a duplicate order in error. The Logo will only be suppose as defective if Design Kix Quality check team declared it imperfect. 100% refund will be given to Customers in above given conditions.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
(i) If request for refund is made before the Initial concept delivery, you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
(ii) If request for refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
(iii) If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
(iv) No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
(v) Please be advised that in case of no response, feedback or correspondence from the client/customer (excluding any emergency, demise or intimation) for 14 days, the associated project would be halted outright and the files would be retained in archive folder. In order to re-commence the process, the client/ customer is liable to pay the re-registration of $300.
(vi) Revisions can also be claimed over any selected concept(s) as voiding all means of refunds.
(vii) Change of mind isn't applicable for Refund.
You will be ineligible for refund under these reasons or scenarios:
(i) Change of Mind
(ii) Investor Backed-out or Retracted the Investment
(iii) Bussiness/Shop is closed
(iv) Hired a Freelancer or Designer
(v) Participated in a Logo Tournament or Logo Contest
(vi) Insisting on copying another design which could lead to IPR Infringement
(vii) Designs were made according to brief form or instructions by customer
(viii) Customer didn't filled out the form provided

9.1 All the payments will be processed and dealt in the standard currency that is USD $.
9.2 Users can convert the currency after their withdrawal.
9.3 You (“Customers“, Designers”) agree to us that you are responsible for any taxation on your sale or purchase of Logos via the site. Logoin60 is not responsible for collecting, remitting or paying your taxes.
10.1 You agree to us that you will provide truthful information about yourself and will maintain the accuracy of it.
10.2 You are responsible for all the activities and editing of details in your account.
10.3 You’re hereby agree to immediately notify Logoin60 of any suspicious attempt to use your account.
10.4 Designers may not have or make more than one account.
10.5 Detection of any unauthorized and illegal activity will result in banning of your account.
10.6 You agree that Logoin60 can ban account on detection of any type of scam, spam or illegal activity. After banning, you’ll not be able to access your account.
10.7 However, you can request a reconsideration. Our team will review and decide whether to approve it or not.
11.1 You agree that you’ll not breach any third party right including trademark, copyright, privacy right, or any other proprietary right which is unlawful, harassing, defamatory and harmful.
11.2 You comply with applicable privacy laws and data protection laws.
11.3 You agree to not use site for
(a) Uploading malicious computer viruses or any software that is intended to damage site data or system.
(b) Forcefully creating burdens on servers.
(c) Gaining unauthorized access to the site data, servers, systems or services.
(d) Integrating automated agents, programs or scripts to create multiple accounts or to generate automated requests, searches, queries or to scrape, mine database from services.
(f) Displaying or mirroring the site.
12.1 All the designs that are being sold on our site are original and unique.
12.2 The designs are not exclusively being sold to you. If you want exclusive design, you'll have to pay additional charges.
12.3 There is no copyrighted material, content or design published on our site.
12.4 If you think your content, design or any copyrighted material is being copied on our site, you can contact us at info@logoin60.com or you can use contact form to get in touch with us in this regard.
13.1 The usage rights that are granted to you after agreeing to our terms and conditions have some certain following restrictions.
(a) You must not sell, rent, misuse, customize or exploit the site or services.
(b) You must not recompile or reverse engineer the site or services.
(c) You must access the code or services in order to create or promote a duplicate product or competitive service.
13.2 Any future updates to the site or services are subjected to these terms.
13.3 Logoin60 reserves all the rights to edit, disable or discontinue the site any time.
14.1 You agree that by providing us the feedback, you grant us right to use your feedback in any manner, we find appropriate.

15.1 Any changes in this agreement is subjected to the random revision and if we make any important changes or add new points, we may notify you via email or posting the notice on our site.

16.1 This Agreement represents the entire agreement of using our site and services between you and us.
